We were lucky enough to have orchestra seats to the Pet Shop Boys live at Radio City Saturday night! Of course, I've been a long-time fan, and the show was just unbelievably fantastic! I can't tell you how much I loved the show and how unbelievably great it was. It was just so so so so SO damn cool! I won't ruin or degrade the experience by trying to describe it in words. It really just was THAT great.

The best part was that afterwards, Neil and Chris were signing copies of their latest album, Fundamental, later that night at the Virgin Megastore at Union Square. The wait was soooo well worth it, as we got to see them up close! My wife even said to Neil how great the concert was, and he said thanks back. It was just such a great night.

Oh, I'm also very proud to say that the only songs I didn't recognize were the ones off the new album. They did one track, I'm with Stupid, one of the only ones to feature some video accompaniment - flashes of the UK and US flags, and Blair and Bush's faces, with a closing image of Blair and Bush shaking hands at the end. (Need I say more?)
