After a six-month hiatus from full-time employment, my wife rejoined the ranks of the working last Monday.

We're both very happy - even though her time off coincided with our wedding and honeymoon, it obviously became frustrating after a while for her to have so much of nothing to do.

I think it's exciting and quite an eye-opening experience for her to be working at a large corporation as most of her working career has been spent at start-ups. And her benefits really kickass! So, she'll be providing our medical and dental coverage since it's way better than my cheapass employer.

It will pose a lot of challenges as well, but I'm optimistic that there will be many rewards along the way.
